    Alcohol and Drug Addiction Group

This daily group is led by a therapist and is comprised of a small group of patients who are in various stages of recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Each person participates out of choice, and even though relapses can occur, we learn from them and keep moving forward. One day at a time and taking the words such as honesty, openness and willingness to heart can bring about remarkable changes in one’s life that are possible to keep for a lifetime. Issues addressed include relapse prevention, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.

    Daily (Mon-Fri) 11AM-Noon

    Suboxone (Buprenorphine) Therapy

Patients taking Suboxone are asked to attend group therapy either once weekly, twice monthly or once monthly based on their level of recovery. The groups have a therapist leading them; however, it is the patients’ participation that really makes this an interesting group. Not everyone is going to have a great day all of the time; however, it is always of benefit to you and possibly someone else when people share in group. Issues addressed include relapse prevention, education about Suboxone, mood and anxiety using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.

    Multi-Family Addiction Group

Though you may or may not struggle with substances, you ARE affected if a loved one does. Through emotional pain, financial obligations, loss of sleep, other relationships suffering, a feeling of heartbreak related to not knowing what else to do to help your family, the problematic use is far-reaching. We invite you, your person-of-concern and other members to learn about addiction, speak with others who have similar difficulties and work on individual and family healing. This group is facilitated by a licensed therapist. Frequency of group: last Friday of each month. Cost: $20/family
