Sometimes people find that they have unhealthy ways of dealing with strong emotion. Learning new techniques can be very difficult, but I am here to help. I use creative, eclectic, philosophical, and spiritual techniques in my therapy. I have experience with teens, adults, couples and families. Whether you’re just a little stressed out, going through a tough life transition, or you’re experiencing acute crisis – talking to someone can help.

My specialty is designing therapy around what you’re going through – Depression, anxiety, addiction, self harm, or relationship problems; we’ll work together to get through it. Each person is on a unique path and I believe therapy should be tailored to you individually. Whether you’re looking for a listening ear, gentle guidance, or strong coaching I intend to create a relationship that encourages growth and change.
